You may think the essential oils you choose are the important part, but when diluted in a safe amount (we recommend 1 part essential oil to 100 parts carrier oil) most of what gets applied to the skin is carrier oil. Therefore, choosing the right carrier is just as important if you want to get the most out of your oil.

Coconut Oil is the perfect carrier to use as a massage oil, as it contains naturally occurring nutrients which have amazing moisturising properties. This oil can also be used as a hair mask, to leave hair feeling healthy and nourished, as a cleanser or just a skin moisturiser.
