Having a bath is already a wonderful experience – immersing yourself in warm, relaxing water. But you can make it even better with the use of natural mineral salts. The two most popular options are Epsom Salt and Dead Sea Salt. Epsom salts are a great muscle relaxant, perfect for relieving tension after that long jog or gym session, while dead sea salts are used for detoxifying and softening skin. This is one of the simplest DIYs you can do – the only hard part is choosing which salts and essential oils to use!

- Pour your chosen salt into your container.
- Drip your essential oil in and stir well.
- Dissolve the full amount in your bath for a relaxing soak. Use within 1 month and store in a dry place.
